Goodfellas Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant – DeBary, Florida

Friendly service and great pizza! What more could you ask for. The prices are not too bad either. We’re from Orlando and stop here often on our way to the beach. They’ve got some other great meals on the menu too. We especially like the Calamari Marinara and the Deluxe Calzone. Their subs are also very good. We’re originally from up north where Italian food is the best and Goodfellas is the closest thing to being there.

It’s a little out of the way if you’re an I-4 traveler, but well worth it… I-4 to exit 111, then 1/2 mile east on Saxon Boulevard, then 1/2 south on Enterprize Road. Good Fellas is on the left.

Romeo’s Pizza and Pasta – Lakeland, FL

This is one of the best places in Lakeland for casual dining… and I’m a local. The food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. The pizza is just perfect. You’d have to go to New York City to get something better. Everything is really tasty. I’ve been here several times and it keeps getting better.

The staff and owners are friendly and hard working. If you are traveling I-4 and in the mood for authentic Italian food, this is a must stop.

Euro Bistro Tapas & Copas – Celebration, FL

Euro Bistro is a new restaurant located in downtown Celebration. Tapas, very popular in Spain, are smaller servings that allow you to select a couple different items to snack on or combine a few to make a full meal. Knowing that, we stopped by recently for a quick bite.

The atmosphere was nice and the waitress was very friendly. They also have live entertainment most weekends. The food was fine, portions were a bit small and the prices were a little high for what you get… but this is Celebration, and everything’s a little overpriced here. We had the Salmon and Cheese Roll with Grilled Rustic Bread and Truffle Oil ($9) and the Beef Empanadas ($8). Both were delicious but again, these are “snacks” and not full meals.

We’ll give them a another try before we decide to make this a regular stop.
