I-4 Lane and Ramp Closures From I-95 to Deland

The Florida Department of Transportation is reporting the following lane and ramp closures on Interstate 4 from the I-4/I-95 interchange to Deland.

Project consists of widening I-4 (SR 400) to 6 lanes from east of SR 44 to west of I-95, and reconfiguration of the I-4 and US 92 Interchange. The existing left-hand exit from eastbound I-4 to US 92 will be changed to a right-hand exit. Project also includes 3 animal crossings.

Monday, February 22nd to 26th

Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. – Daytime eastbound and westbound outside shoulders of I-4 are closed from SR. 44 to I-95.

Monday – Friday, 8 p.m. – 6 a.m. — Eastbound and westbound lane closures between SR 44 and I-95 can be expected for temporary and permanent pavement for roadway widening.

Motorists should be aware of trucks entering the highway from the median and outside shoulders.

Motorists should be aware of lane shifts on I-4 near SR 44 at the ramp to US 92 and just west of I-95.
