The Florida Department of Transportation reports the following lane closures on I-4 as part of highway widening from SR 44 (East New York Avenue) to East of I-95.
Thru Saturday, October 29th, 2016
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., I-4 eastbound and westbound outside shoulder closures from SR 44 to I-95.
- Sunday Thru Friday, 8:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m., I-4 eastbound and westbound lane closures as needed for maintenance of traffic, pavement markings and asphalt paving.
This project consists of widening I-4 (SR 400) from a four-lane divided highway to a six-lane divided highway from east of SR 44 to west of I-95, and reconfiguration of the I-4 and US 92 Interchange. The existing left-hand exit from eastbound I-4 to US 92 will be changed to a right-hand exit. The project also includes three animal crossings.
