The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) reports that access to the eastbound I-4 entrance ramp from US 92 (Hillsborough Avenue) and northbound US 301 will close nightly on Monday, July 5, through Thursday, July 9, from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., weather permitting.

Motorists needing access to eastbound I-4 will have to proceed east on Hillsborough Avenue, turn left onto Mango Road (County Road 579), and enter the interstate using the eastbound I-4 entrance ramp.

Drivers are reminded to slow down, stay alert, and drive safely through the work zone.

This closure is part of the ongoing safety and operational improvements project for I-4, from east of the Tampa Bypass Canal to west of the I-75 Ramps, in Hillsborough County.
