The Florida Department of Transportation reports that lane closures are scheduled on Interstate 4 during the following times:
- Sunday, 8 p.m. – Monday, 6 a.m. I-4 eastbound traffic shift planned approaching the US 92 exit ramp. Eastbound traffic will be shifted to continue in the westbound lanes past the US 92 off ramp.
- Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., I-4 eastbound and westbound outside shoulders closed.
- Sunday – Thursday, 8 p.m. – 6 a.m., I-4 eastbound and westbound lane closures as needed for maintenance of traffic.
This project consists of widening I-4 (SR 400) to 6 lanes from east of SR 44 to west of I-95, and reconfiguration of the I-4 and US 92 Interchange. The existing left-hand exit from eastbound I-4 to US 92 will be changed to a right-hand exit. Project also includes 3 animal crossings.
